A while back, I was asked by the Artists Network to share some art business advice to their readers.

With over 30 years experience of being a professional artist, I quickly came up with a lot of helpful art biz ideas ranging from art studio storage and functionality, to practical working tips, and thinking like an entrepreneur.

I even shared some pictures of my own busy, yet efficient art studio!

We all have different ways of doing things – there is no right or wrong way, but there can be better ways. Artists are self-starters and without good habits we can float off and lose our focus. Good habits produce good results. Our effectiveness requires the integrity to act on our priorities.

The good news is that the more you practice a new behavior, the more it will become a habit.

To learn how, you can read the full blog post here, “20 Ways to Create Better Work Habits in The Studio.”

Meanwhile, here are some great ideas to keep in mind. You might want to print a copy of this so you can easily refer to it each day.
