Art For a Good Cause

THIS CAMPAIGN HAS ENDED. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT.

plein air painting in winterIt feels good to donate art for a good cause. Like the Twitter Art Exhibit for charity, or my own 30 Day Plein Air Painting Challenge for Hurricane Sandy Relief

During my 30 Day Painting Challenge, I painted each day in the Idaho mountains with my three dogs by my side. Warm autumn weather turned to cold winter-like weather, but I was determined to finish my Challenge, and I did!

Below you will find paintings 11 – 20 in the order in which they were painted.  This is a small way in which I can help those who are suffering by donating proceeds from the sale of each of my $150 paintings to the American Red Cross/Hurricane Sandy. Please click here to view paintings 1 -10. This campaign will close on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 11:00 PM MST.

*Plein air painting is a French expression which means “in the open air”, and is particularly used to describe the artistic discipline of painting outdoors. This artform is highly collectible as it captures a moment in paint.

I hope you enjoy paintings 11-20 of my Plein Air Paintings for Hurricane Sandy Relief: Remember…all paintings are $150 a piece, and FREE shipping within the USA & Canada.
